So, Subaru, here's a buisness idea. In Japan you have this thing, Subaru Trezia STI, Powered with 1.3l inline-4 producing 99hp and 97 lb-ft of torque. How about Spicing this up a little bit with a small bore-up to 1.6l and a small turbo, so at least we got somewhere arround 160hp? I know you can do this.
And then you can add some AWD rename it as Subaru Trezia WRX STI, put a fair pricetag, and sell shitload of them. What do you think?

Except it's a bastardization to what Subaru could sell in their AWD fleet. The engine configuration would simply fall flat on its face.

Yes, in the same fashion like GT86 and BRZ.

Which is why the Trezia WRX STi is a pointless excuse to use a name that's been in homologation. Until it races in a major rally stage, it needs to be beaten before the nametag comes off.

Unfortunately, Subaru is not listening. If they were, they would be making a 2015 WRX/STI hatch.
Subaru doesn't care about us :(
